Terms

  • The rents are payable to Myhomegb via PayPal,or bank transfer.
  • Once the payment is completed, Myhomegb customers will automatically receive an email confirming that the booking has been successfully processed.
  • Our team will provide you with all the details concerning the office to collect keys and sign the contract.
  • The rent will be charged to the tenant on a monthly basis.
  • The rent will be paid after the contract is signed.
  • The deposit of Five weeks rent guarantees your room and your arrival.
  • A refundable deposit is required prior to accessing the property.
  • The amount of the security is equal to 5 (Five weeks).
  • This refundable deposit may be used to cover any damage caused by the tenant to the property during the stay.
  • The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has been caused to the property.
  • A contract will be created and signed to ensure that both parties respect their commitment.
  • The minimum stay is equal to 3 month = 12- 13 weeks.
  • ALL INCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATIONS: The rent prices include gas,electricity, water; Council tax and internet Wi-Fi free of charges.
  • Our London and Birmingham apartments are fully equipped (kitchen utensils,washing machine,etc ...)
  • We require 1 months/30 days notice before a housemate leaves. 
  • MyhomeGB offers different types of quality rooms based in London and Birmingham.
  • All accommodations are hand picked by us to offer our clients the best quality in terms of standards and price.
  • The tenant must respect the rules of the accommodation and respect the other housemates.
  • Any break in this term will be a reason for the non-renewal of the tenancy agreement.
  • In the event of a cancellation requested by the customer we will refund any payment made so long as we are given adequate notice.
  • MyhomeGB reserves the right to refuse to rent a room to any customer providing there is a just reason.
